Step 1: Contact Us and Apply

To apply for the mentorship, review our eligibility requirements and contact us.

Step 2: Be Paired with a Mentor

When accepted in the program, you will be paired with a mentor.  The mentor will meet with you on a regular basis.

During the meetings, the mentor will cover subjects such as personal finance, money management, job interviewing techniques, and creating a resume.

Step 3: Learn Job Skills

During your mentorship you will also have the opportunity to meet with people in the community regarding job related skills information, certifications, and training as available through community resources.

Step 4: Apprenticeship or Job Placement

As opportunities present themselves you may be referred out to apprenticeship or entry level job placement positions.
